Walk-In Clinic

WTCSB has three walk-in clinics serving our community. These walk-in clinics serve as an access point in WTCSB’s Same Day Access Program. No appointment required! IOW Walk-In Hours: Wednesdays, 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Same Day Access

Western Tidewater CSB’s Same Day Access program is a centralized, no-hassle intake program available to the community via phone, email, and walk-in, no appointment necessary.

Outpatient Mental Health Counseling

Mental Health Counseling at WTCSB is person centered treatment that helps children & adults develop skills and confidence.

Case Management

Case managers are healthcare professionals who serve as advocates for our community members. They support, guide and coordinate care for clients, and their families and caregivers, throughout their wellness journey.

School Intervention Program (SCIP)

The School Intervention Program (SCIP) provides in-school services to at-risk children and teens who exhibit multiple behavioral, emotional and/or social problems.

Mental Health Counseling for Autistic Individuals

Our counselors are specially trained to understand and help neurodivergent clients. We do everything we can to make sure that neurodivergent clients feel comfortable and can get the most out of their sessions.
