HOW DO I GET HELP?

Western Tidewater Community Services Board has staff dedicated to helping you understand the intake and admission procedures.  We will guide you in seeking services to fit your needs.  Please contact us at one of the direct numbers listed below:

AM I ELIGIBLE FOR SERVICES?

Most programs require that you live in the Western Tidewater catchment area which includes the Cities of Suffolk and Franklin, and the Counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton.  The Access Department is available to answer specific questions about program intake.

WHAT ABOUT COSTS?

The cost of services depends on the type of program service you choose or are referred to.  WTCSB has a wide variety of programs and funding streams.  A sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify.  The Access Department can provide you with information about program costs.

WHAT ABOUT EMERGENCIES?

Western Tidewater CSB is available during an emergency to provide prescreening services for admission to psychiatric facilities.
